Description
The course Microeconomic Analysis intends to apply more advanced tools, including
algebra and calculus, to analyze various microeconomic issues. We will study
consumers’ constrained choice and demand as well as firms and their production. We
will also evaluate the properties of markets, consumers’ and producers’ decisions in
the markets and the implications for social welfare. Moreover, we will apply key
microeconomic concepts to discuss real world public policies.
