We are delighted to welcome our alumni back to share with current TSE students about their individual journeys, including their experiences securing internships/jobs, navigating the process, insights from their current roles in their respective fields, and general insights about working in Taiwan.

Speakers: 

Vickey Kumar is a marketing executive at Digital Tactics Co. Ltd, where he leads initiatives in digital strategy, brand positioning, and market expansion. With a strong background in global marketing, he previously worked at Formosa Saint Jose Corporation as a Global Marketing Assistant, gaining hands-on experience in international market research, cross-cultural communication, and campaign execution across diverse regions.

Janet Dotson is currently working part-time at Hon Hai Technology Group (Foxconn) within its Government Relations department. After completing a two-month Chairman's Office internship in the summer of 2025, she was invited back as a long-term intern and has been in the department since November of last year. Janet is additionally finishing her studies as a Masters student at TSE studying Global Political Economy, with a specific interest in gender political economy in East Asia. Originally hailing from the US, Janet has lived and studied in Taiwan for 3.5 years and loves sharing about her experience learning and growing here!
