(Associate Professorof Political Science at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, Argentina.)

Short Bio

Dr. Candelaria Garay focuses on social policy, labor and social movements, and environmental politics. Her work has appeared in journals such as Comparative Political Studies, Comparative Politics, and Politics & Society, among others. Her book Social Policy Expansion in Latin America (Cambridge University Press,2016) won the 2017 Robert A. Dahl Award from the American Political Science Association. Before joining Universidad T. Di Tella, she was assistant and associate professor at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
